Free immunizations for children ages 16 weeks to 18 years from the Phoenix Fire Department. Immunization records must be brought with you to the Baby Shots event. Please telephone 602-534-BABY (2229) to confirm clinic times and location. Be advised that the Baby Shots employees may close the line during the advertised time of operation in order to vaccinate customers presently in line during the alloted clinic time.
